In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex Vietnam, we are looking for a: OTC, Medical Representative based Nghe An for the business expansion. Within Business Operations department, you will report directly to OTC , Area Sales Manager for business expansion in the North. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES •Frequent call/visit to existing and prospective customers to maximize sales, gain recommendation and opportunities. Promote, detail clinical data and demonstrations of products with good command of product knowledge and selling skills in line with company strategies and implement promotional strategies in accordance with product marketing platforms as directed. Manage and develop assigned regions/areas/territories/accounts to maximize sales performance and market share, providing regular reports and solutions to senior management. Provide inputs and execute effective sales/marketing/medical plans to meet sales objective, boost market share in the region/area/territory/accounts and other relevant KPIs. Be the profesional representative of the company and responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders. Update new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s regional presence. Collaborate with other deparments (Marketing, Medical…) to plan, align and implement the companies’ strategies and activities. Collaborate with other department (HR, Medical…) in the training, building competency model applied to the team. Foster a cooperative spirit among team members and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, company policies and maintain confidentiality information. Stay up to date by proactive to attend training sessions (product knowledge, interpersonal skills…) requested by the company. Undertake other relevant tasks as requested by superiors. QUALIFICATIONS Educational background ; Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Professionnal experience Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with multinational companies. Experience within the gastrointestinal therapeutical area, cosmetics is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to travel within the region as required. Number of working year experience: 3 Number of working years’ experience in the position: 3 Technical masteries (softwares, sales techniques, etc.) : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. An interest in artificial intelligence and its application in the workplace is a prerequisite, as we actively encourage its adoption to boost innovation and performance on a daily basis.
