Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OTC Officer to join our team. The role involves managing new order files, updating daily order status, coordinating with sales and production teams, tracking samples, and ensuring smooth communication between departments for efficient order processing. Daily Status Updates: Update and maintain the daily status report of all orders handled by the OTC department. New Order Management: Create and organize files for new orders received from the sales department. Sample Tracking & Management: Monitor and maintain records of samples requested from the production department. Ensure timely follow-up on sample preparation and dispatch. Coordination with Sales: Follow up with the sales team regarding pending design queries and ensure prompt responses. Sample Order Handling: Manage the complete sample order lifecycle from request to delivery, ensuring timelines are met. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of orders, approvals, and sample statuses. Prepare weekly and monthly tracking reports for management review. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience: 1 years of relevant experience in order tracking, coordination, or operations (preferably in furniture or manufacturing). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining trackers and reports. Soft Skills: Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
