About the Role We are building an institutional OTC sales team serving professional and high-volume crypto clients. As an OTC Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new OTC opportunities and play a key role in qualifying demand and supporting the Institutional Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to institutional crypto trading and a clear path toward senior sales responsibilities. \n Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential OTC clients across assigned regions and channels Conduct initial discovery to understand client background, trading needs, and settlement preferences Prepare structured client profiles and support onboarding readiness Coordinate handovers and support Institutional Sales throughout early-stage engagements Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression from lead to active client Requirement: 1–3 years of experience in sales development, fintech, payments, or crypto Strong communication skills and commercial awareness Comfortable speaking with professional and institutional clients Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Motivated, curious, and eager to grow in the institutional crypto space Nice to Haves Exposure to real OTC trading flows and institutional clients Learn directly from an experienced Institutional Sales team Clear development path within a growing crypto exchange Fast-moving, international environment with strong learning opportunities Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation package Various team-building programs and company events And many more!
