Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues Liaising with the team that runs the day-to-day FID operations on process improvement and answering ad hoc queries Coordinating technology changes between the global operations and the technology developers Develop strong relationships with IT colleagues to design, develop and implement technology platforms to deliver solutions to these business requirements Provide regular project status updates to the stakeholders and the senior change management, identify and escalate project risks Collect, assess and document business requirements, complete the necessary analysis of product data, recommend implementation priorities and advise clients on solution alternatives, benefits and costs Ability to lead by example, work with drive and determination, and put forward challenging views to senior levels Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of functional area and operational/compliance policies and procedures of their team Ability to operate independently across the majority of day-to-day responsibilities Project management & business analysis experience required including, but not limited to, a strong understanding of SDLC, process mapping experience, experience of using the AGILE change approach Automation tooling experience desired e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx, AI etc Strong organizational and time-management skills required Exposure to Derivative Settlements is beneficial At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
