What you will do The OTD Specialist acts as the Company’s primary interface with Customers. He or She monitors and oversees all activities related to orders, ensuring timeliness and completeness by carefully following the booking slot collection. In addition, they closely manage the direct delivery process (products shipped directly from the factory to Customer warehouses), logistics returns, and the correct pricing process. Detailed activities and Responsibilities For a cluster of customers, He/She will be responsible of: Customer management end to end the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery Sales condition entry &update Customer master data maintenance Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management Claim management and related credit/debit note flow Flow Analysis and Projects management What you need to succeed Must have Education: Accounting Background (bachelor in Economics or similar) Professional Experience: 3/5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a modern and structured Company Language: Fluent Italian language and good level of English Technical Skills: Good knowledge of business intelligence and reporting system Experience in reporting and PPT presentation Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and PPT Good SAP knowledge Soft Skills: Strong ability as a team player who is willing to work in a fast paced ever changing environment Teamworking Communication skills #LI-MV1 Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
