Description
We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to join our medical team. This role involves the diagnosis, treatment, and management of disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent surgical and clinical skills, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to patients while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Evaluate patients presenting with ENT disorders and conduct necessary diagnostic tests Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform surgical procedures including but not limited to tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and ear surgeries Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive measures Engage in continuous professional development and stay up to date with latest advancements Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of a residency program in Otolaryngology Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology Active medical license to practice Proven experience in clinical and surgical otolaryngology Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to continuous learning and development Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus
