Description

What You'll Do * Run dedicated OTR team routes (TX → FL → OH and back) * Safely transport and deliver products on time * Load, unload, and secure freight to prevent damage * Pick up product from customers and Avanti locations * Perform routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections * Utilize ELD for accurate hours-of-service tracking * Support warehouse and delivery operations as needed Why Drive with Avanti? * Consistent team miles = stronger weekly earnings * Steady, predictable freight lanes * Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company * Hands-on training, including forklift certification * Supportive team environment and leadership What We’re Looking For * Valid CDL (Class A) and acceptable driving record (MVR) * Ability to meet FMCSA requirements (391.11) * Comfortable running long-haul team routes * Professional, reliable, and safety-focused mindset * Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude * Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts and stay on schedule Physical Requirements * Lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 75+ lbs occasionally * Team lift up to 175 lbs (windows & patio doors) * Push/pull carts exceeding 500 lbs * Use proper PPE when handling materials Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance
