OTR Dispatch Supervisor Greensboro, North Carolina Full-Time Description Givens Transportation is seeking an experienced OTR Dispatch Supervisor to manage and dispatch company drivers operating nationwide. This position oversees day-to-day driver performance while coordinating loads across the country to ensure safe, on-time delivery and excellent service to our customers. This role requires someone who understands trucking operations, can manage drivers professionally, and can keep freight moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Dispatch company drivers operating throughout the United States * Assign loads based on Hours of Service, driver location, equipment type, and customer needs * Monitor shipments and resolve delays, breakdowns, or service issues * Supervise driver performance, attendance, and daily activity * Issue verbal and written corrective actions when necessary * Approve driver timecards and manage driver communication * Ensure drivers are compliant with DOT regulations and company safety policies * Work with maintenance on equipment issues and scheduling repairs * Provide shipment updates to customers when needed * Maintain accurate dispatch records and operational reports Qualifications * Minimum 3+ years OTR dispatch experience * Previous experience supervising drivers * Experience using McLeod software required * Strong Excel skills * Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service * Organized and able to manage multiple drivers and loads at once BENEFITS * Competitive salary based on experience * Health benefits * Paid time off
