We are looking for an organized, customer-focused, and leadership-driven individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor in our Ottawa Pop-Up Store. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading store operations, managing the team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and meeting our company objectives. Sales & Customer Experience

  • Engaging customers and assisting with product selection, draft orders, and checkout.
  • Supervise Shopify and POS transactions.
  • Track and communicate sales KPIs, helping the team meet and exceed goals.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction through strong product knowledge & Great service level.
  • Capture customers e-mail and generate 5 stars Google Review
Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and support a team of Cozey Ambassadors, ensuring they are meeting sales and service expectations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with staff, provide performance feedback, and ensure team alignment on store goals.
  • Manage the staff schedule, ensuring appropriate coverage at all times.
  • Ensure all team members have completed product knowledge quizzes before launch dates.

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Engaging customers and assisting with product selection, draft orders, and checkout.
  • Supervise Shopify and POS transactions.

Store Operations & Inventory Management

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring store opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Monitor product displays, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Ensure merchandise flips are completed when new products arrive.
  • Manage order holds and ensure that all follow-ups on draft orders are completed.
  • Ensure products are sent back to the warehouse when required.
  • Coordinate store supplies.
