QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree Optics-Optometrist
  • Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens
  • Fluent Italian, Intermediate English
  • Driving license B

  • Managing internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners
  • Supporting the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations
  • Supporting the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives.
  • Facilitating the invoice payment process, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate payments. Maintain organized records of invoices and related financial documentation
