Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented OOH Media Assistant to join our Out-of-Home Media team. This role provides critical support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of OOH media campaigns across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn about the growing world of OOH advertising. Responsibilities Assist OOH Media Buyers to develop, execute, and monitor media campaigns. Help prepare internal reports and review invoicing for accuracy. Conduct research to collect media data for campaign planning. Resolve issues and build strong relationships with media vendors. Work closely with Core Strategy and Insights Teams to monitor competitive intelligence and present recommendations and aligning internal spend reports for financial accuracy. Prepare Geopath Insight reports including work in Explore Module, Population Module and Workspace Actively participate in team and vendor meetings. Conduct site reviews of selected media assets (may include occasional overnight travel). Assist Production Assistant on firm wide copy changes and monitoring the locations and data on each OOH asset. Requirements Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision while working from home. Strong research skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Excel (graphing, charting; pivot tables a plus). High level of computer technical skills including Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, Drop Box Familiarity with Geopath research tools; prior OOH or Transit media experience preferred. Detail-oriented with eagerness to learn and grow within the OOH advertising industry.
