Join Dale Care for a rewarding role as an Out of Hours Care Coordinator / Domiciliary Care Assistant where you can make a real difference in your community.
The Out of Hours Care Coordinator role will be based from our Gateshead (Felling) offices although due to the nature of the role then you will be expected to complete domiciliary care calls as and when required in the South Shields, Boldon and Fellgate areas.
The Domiciliary Care Assistant will require you to cover the South Shields, Boldon and Fellgate areas.
The pay rate is £13.90 per hour (Domiciliary Care Worker) and £14.50 per hour (Out of Hours Care Coordinator)
The full shift pattern is towards the bottom of the job spec.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
  • Previous experience in a care coordination or similar role required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
  • Proficiency in using care management software and other relevant tools
  • Availability to work weekends
