Out-of-School Care Supervisor (Part-Time)
Position Summary
The Calgary Classical Academy’s Classical Childcare program is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Supervisor for our Out-of-School Care Program at the Bridgeland Campus. The successful candidate must hold an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Level 2 or 3 certification (or equivalent) and will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for child development, and the ability to foster a supportive and engaging environment.
The Calgary Classical Academy is an Alberta public charter school offering an academically rigorous liberal arts education focused on developing “the knowledge, virtues, and habits befitting free citizens.” The Classical Childcare program operating within the school provides children from Kindergarten to Grade 4 with a technology-free environment where children are immersed in the principles of classical education and encouraged to explore, play, relax, and learn in a safe, nurturing, and creative space.

Position Details

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Additional Hours: Opportunities available for substitute shifts, if desired
• Start Date: Preferred start date August 25th

Qualifications

• ECE Level 2 or 3 certification (or equivalent)
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Calgary Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from $25 to $32, including wage top-ups, depending on experience and qualifications.
