Description Do you enjoy working with school aged children between 5-13 years old? If so, would like to have you consider applying and joining the School's Out Team at the Tri Community Branch YMCA! The successful candidates will work directly (year-round) in person with children in our branch supporting the students as they navigate the school year. Individuals will supervise a group of children and program activities. They will also create a positive rapport with all youth and model relationship building skills in all interactions. Staff will ensure that children are actively participating in all aspects of learning programming of area school systems. Staff will be physically working at our YMCA of Central Massachusetts branch assisting children with Out of School Time programming. Schedule: Mondays - Fridays from 6:30am to 8:15am Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays from 2:30-5:30pm Wednesdays from 1:30-5:30pm **Preference to individuals who are available Monday-Friday afternoons through May 2025 Qualifications: At least 18 years old Have a least 6 months of prior experience working with school aged children Have a high school diploma/GED or in the process of obtaining a degree in a similar profession Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $16.00 per hour.
