We’re expanding our Grand Prairie team and looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Outboard Sales & Repower Specialist who shares our passion for performance, customer service, and the marine lifestyle. What You’ll Do Consult with customers to determine the right outboard or repower solution for their boat. Sell and manage complete repower projects — from estimate to installation coordination. Use your expertise in Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other major outboard brands to guide customers confidently. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust, service, and results. Manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups in our CRM system to ensure timely responses and organized sales activity. Collaborate with our Service Department to ensure smooth installation timelines and professional project delivery. Stay current on new outboard technologies, promotions, and competitive trends. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Requirements Proven sales success in marine, powersports, or automotive industries. Strong understanding of outboard motors and repower applications. A customer-first mindset with outstanding communication and follow-up skills. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality. CRM or dealership management system experience preferred.
