What You’ll Do Deliver an outstanding customer experience—whether helping with new engine sales or full repower projects Guide customers using your knowledge of Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and other leading outboard brands Build lasting relationships and drive repeat business through trust and expertise Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to dealership success Manage the full sales process in our CRM—from lead follow-up to after-sale support Partner with service teams to ensure smooth and professional installations Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and manufacturer updates Requirements Proven sales experience (marine, automotive, or powersports preferred) Strong knowledge of outboard motors and repower applications Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed Experience with CRM or dealership management systems a plus Flexible availability, including weekends, to meet customer needs Why Join Us Competitive base pay plus strong commission potential.
