Job Overview:
We are seeking an Outbound Advisor to join our team. As an Outbound Advisor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase.
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers following a script provided
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Conduct data entry and maintain customer records
- Analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to upsell and persuade customers effectively
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong data entry skills and ability to analyze customer data efficiently
