Role Description: Handle incoming contacts from loyalty customers across all channels, including both inbound and outbound communications for the Swedish market. Assist the floor in Chatsson with incoming loyalty contacts across all markets. Manage account closures for loyalty customers. The main responsibility being AML and RG requests over the phone. Carefully monitor and take ownership of all escalations from all OPS teams, with a particular focus on RG and AML cases.
