As a B2B Energy Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating and closing deals. You will also be expected to stay up to date on industry developments and competitor activity in order to provide clients with the best possible solutions. EXPERIENCE

Preferably 6 months of sales experience within the Energy Industry. 6 months of telesales experience (B2B or B2C). Ability to work effectively under pressure to achieve targets and KPIs. Proficiency with I.T.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for potential customers and create new business opportunities.
  • Effectively up-sell and cross-sell from the service catalogue.
  • Collect and analyse market and customer data to leverage sales opportunities.
  • Attain authorisation of bills and approval from customers.
  • Overcome customer objections, transforming them into opportunities.
  • Ensure all customer information is accurate and compliance-adherent.
  • Maintain a professional representation of the business.
  • Collaborate with a Senior Closing Specialist to ensure leads are properly handled.
  • Respond professionally to all email and telephone enquiries.
  • Capitalise on sales opportunities to meet and surpass targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the client base effectively.
  • Build and sustain a robust customer pipeline.
  • Attend necessary training sessions.
