This is a remote position. Role Name: Outbound B2B Sales Representative Schedule: 40 hours per week Client Timezone: Mountain Time (Alberta, Canada) Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MST (includes 1-hour unpaid break) Responsibilities: Contact commercial establishments to offer pest protection plans and cleaning services Reach out to property managers to present service offerings Generate new business through outbound sales activities Build relationships with potential commercial clients Present and explain pest protection plans and cleaning service packages Work towards conversion targets with bonus incentives Requirements: Strong outbound sales experience, in B2B commercial sales Excellent communication and phone presence Ability to overcome objections and close deals Experience with commercial client relationship building Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable working in a remote environment Scope: Full-time position (40 hours per week) Dedicated outbound sales focus only Commercial clients and property managers as target market $25 bonus per successful client conversion Use of company tools including Jobber, Gmail, and Slack Remote work with company email and system access Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Incentives Permanent work from home Immediate hiring ZR_29315_JOB
