Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our client’s team. Our client is a locally owned and operated financial services company with offices in Burnside and Sackville.

• Place outbound calls to a mix of existing clients and new business prospects, with roughly half of calls directed to current clients
• Book in-person, virtual, or phone appointments for financial advisors
• Use a digital dialing system to manage calls (target: 150 calls per week)
• Book 25–30 qualified appointments per week
• Send reminders and follow-up emails to confirm appointments
• Add appointments to calendars and coordinate scheduling
