OUTBOUND CALL CENTER MANAGER

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Based | 6-Month Probationary Period
Are you a proven sales leader who thrives in data, lives for results, and knows how to inspire teams to crush goals?
We’re looking for a high-performing Outbound Call Center Manager to help us lead and scale a fast-moving, remote outbound sales team. You’ll work directly with team leads and agents to drive performance and partner with leadership to optimize the systems, tools, and workflows that power our outbound engine.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead and manage the outbound team to exceed sales goals through coaching, strategic support, and daily execution
  • Support a mix of internal reps and external agencies, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent performance
  • Oversee and resolve escalations, working cross-functionally to protect the customer experience
  • Monitor performance and pull reports from BigQuery Sheets, Salesforce, and Google Sheets to inform decisions
  • Use Vonage fluently to support daily team operations
  • Provide operational and leadership support to appointment setters, including call flow management and calendar alignment
  • Own performance management, including regular coaching, reviews, improvement plans, and disciplinary action when needed
  • Run meetings, trainings, and coaching calls confidently using Zoom, including screen sharing and breakout rooms
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure outbound efforts are aligned with company goals

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Have 3 or more years of experience managing outbound sales teams, ideally in DTC, health, or direct response
  • Have worked in a fully remote company and managed offshore teams
  • Know how to sell, coach, and lead with enthusiasm, accountability and clarity
  • Are skilled at handling performance conversations and managing disciplinary action when needed
  • Are confident using Zoom to run high-energy meetings, one-on-ones, and team trainings
  • Are comfortable pulling, analyzing, and interpreting performance data in BQ Sheets, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
  • Know how to use Vonage or a similar dialer to support outbound operations
