As an Outbound Call Center Team Lead, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone with potential clients for our sales team. Utilize our innovative contact system to connect with a new potential client every 90 seconds on-site. We need a dynamic individual who can lead by example. Once your sales abilities have been demonstrated, you will be moved into a leadership role providing training, mentoring, and coaching to maximize the potential of our call centre agents. Hourly base plus commission with potential earnings of $90,000-$120,000+ per year for top performers. Training is provided to help you reach your sales goals. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am-4 pm in our Outbound Appointment Setting Department. This is an on-site position in Las Vegas, NV.   • Lead a team of call center agents to engage potential customers over the phone and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to recommend additional solar solutions to customers
  • Conduct thorough comparisons between Direct Solar’s products and competitors’ offerings to assist customers in making informed decisions
  • Ensure prompt responses to emails and manage communication effectively
  • Stay updated on competitor pricing, packaging, and products, while maintaining knowledge of Direct Solar’s solutions
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development opportunities
  • Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards all potential customers
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the call center team

Qualifications:

Must haves:

  • 1-year minimum experience making outbound sales calls
  • Vehicle
  • Great organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • A verifiable track record of success in past roles

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the solar industry
