JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and assisting them in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a call center or sales environment is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability in customer service, sales, and upselling techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
  • Availability between Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST
