ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Call Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and running a high-performing outbound sales team to enhance customer engagement for a US client. Your mission is to guide, manage, and expand your team to achieve outstanding results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Lead strategic outbound sales initiatives using phone and digital communications.
  • Demonstrate expertise in closing sales and effectively managing customer objections.
  • Oversee daily operations of an outbound sales team to meet targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales representatives.
  • Conduct motivating team meetings and provide performance-enhancing feedback.
  • Deliver weekly performance analyses and reports to management.
  • Engage in continuous personal and professional development.
