About the Role: We are seeking a driven and empathetic Outbound Cold Caller to join our growing real estate investment team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners in Arizona, Florida, and Texas who may be experiencing challenging life events such as divorce, probate, or financial distress. Your goal is to initiate conversations, build rapport, and identify homeowners who are interested in selling their property. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact—by helping individuals during difficult times—while also earning commission on every successful closed deal you help bring in. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls daily to homeowners using a pre-qualified lead list. Engage in empathetic and professional conversations to understand the seller’s situation. Qualify leads by identifying interest, motivation, and property conditions. Effectively communicate the benefits of selling and how our solutions can help them. Collaborate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Maintain detailed records in our CRM and consistently follow up to nurture leads. Qualifications: Previous experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially over the phone. Comfortable speaking with individuals going through sensitive life situations (e.g., divorce, loss of a loved one, financial hardship). Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn commission through successful deals. Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a plus. This is a full time work 100% Remote Work Up to $6/hr + Commission on every closed deal
