QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of travel/tourism experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer service focus.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, internet research).
• Passion for travel and willingness to learn destination knowledge and booking systems.

  Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont

• Assist customers with inquiries related to international holiday packages, flights, hotels, and activities.
• Understand client preferences and budget to suggest suitable travel options.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and holiday proposals under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support in making bookings, reservations, visa applications, and travel insurance arrangements.
• Coordinate with suppliers (airlines, hotels, DMCs) for confirmations and smooth services.
• Ensure accurate documentation including invoices, confirmations, and travel vouchers.
• Handle post-booking support such as changes, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Stay updated on global destinations, trending travel experiences, and promotions.
