Description

Position: Outbound & Inside Sales Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office
Employment type: Full-time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/ fluent in German (C1), both verbal and written. As well as proficiency in English (at least B2).
  • Proven experience in a closing sales or sales development role, with a track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets, particularly in the SMB segment.
  • Passion for business development, with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with multiple decision-makers, including senior executives.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent in pursuing leads and closing deals.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and territory management to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Experience in E-commerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality industries is advantageous.
  • Previous experience selling point-of-sale (POS) solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, or Challenger sales methodologies is an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives, challenges, and needs, offering tailored solutions to support their growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and target potential customers within the small-to-medium business (SMB) segment.
  • Drive high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social media to qualify leads and generate interest in the company’s offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, technical solutions, and customer success—to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
  • Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and market changes to provide informed recommendations and guidance to clients.
  • Proactively source new opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and prioritize activities to meet and exceed targets.
