ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a go-getter who loves the thrill of connecting with people, opening doors, and driving new business? Vebro Polymers is looking for an Outbound Lead Generator who lives and breathes sales outreach.
You’ll be the spark that lights up our pipeline introducing our premium resin flooring systems to decision makers, facilities managers, surveyors, property developers and business owners.
Your mission: make sure every company looking for industrial floor refurbishment knows about Vebro, secure phone consultations, arrange site visits and generate quotes that get our products in front of the right people. You’ll be using email, social, and good old-fashioned phone calls, backed by modern sales tools, landing pages, and content delivery to engage prospects and drive conversions.
If you’re organised, digitally savvy, persuasive, and love being the first point of contact that excites prospects, this is your playground. We’re flexible on hours, and the role can be either part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hunt down new opportunities and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, social channels, and targeted campaigns.
  • Research, track, and manage leads using our sales tools and CRM.
  • Introduce Vebro Polymers’ resin systems to new prospects and expand our reach with existing clients’ other sites.
  • Connect with decision makers, facilities managers, surveyors, and property developers who specify or procure flooring materials.
  • Deliver relevant content, including product guides, case studies, and proposals, to educate and engage prospects.
  • Drive conversions through tailored landing pages, tracking engagement and nurturing leads.
  • Book phone consultations, site appointments, and follow-up meetings that convert interest into action.
  • Keep your pipeline organised, accurate, and up to date, the CRM is your secret weapon.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and competitor activity to keep your conversations relevant and persuasive.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent messaging.
  • Be an ambassador for Vebro ensuring everyone in the industrial flooring world knows who we are.
