REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in b2b lead generation with exceptional telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Highly motivated with a passion for sales and hitting targets
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, Confident, Well spoken, well presented individuals
  • PC Skills essential with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of working with CRM Systems
  • Can work on own initiative
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients, introducing our services and generating interest.
  • Identify and qualify leads, passing them on to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach, addressing any questions or concerns from potential clients.
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team lead generation targets
