Responsibilities

Oversee the full outbound transport function across North Island operations
Drive truck utilisation, reduce loading times, and enhance delivery performance
Develop and implement loading plans to ensure smooth product flow and dispatch
Manage and refine KPIs around DIFOT, scan-to-lane/truck, fleet use, and labour productivity
Monitor dashboards, ensure process adherence, and attend customer meetings as needed
Lead by example to drive a culture of operational excellence and team accountability
Control costs and maximise revenue through proactive resource management and accurate billing
