We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team and play a key role in building brand awareness and driving business growth through daily outbound outreach—both by phone and across key social media platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable making calls and speaking with new people
• Social media savvy, particularly on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Self-starter with good organizational skills
• Previous marketing, inside sales, or customer service experience is an asset
• Must be based in or able to commute daily to Mississauga (on-site position)

• Make daily outbound calls to prospects across multiple verticals (builders, designers, developers, resellers, etc.)
• Reach out to potential partners and influencers on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Houzz, and others
• Log interactions, schedule follow-ups, and support CRM efforts
• Assist with campaign coordination and basic research for lead generation
• Help identify and engage potential leads for events, partnerships, and dealer/franchise opportunities
• Work closely with the executive and marketing teams to support sales initiatives
