TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

To and from our Acton site daily, remote/hybrid working is not available. Regular travel to our Norfolk / London office may be required

Responsibilities
  • Directly accountable for leading and overseeing a team across various operational warehouse and fulfilment functions
  • Maintain and promote high standards of Health Safety and Environmental compliance/controls within your area of responsibility and generally across the site.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
  • Foster an environment of engagement, inclusion and instil a sense of belonging within the team.
  • Oversee and track the team’s time and attendance, performance, development, and overall well-being.
  • Take ownership of training and development for all levels of the team. Actively coach, develop and train team members to the required level of competence.
  • Monitor workflow and productivity ensuring the team achieves the agreed KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational targets and deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and work to resolve conflicts or challenges effectively.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members including your own direct reports to support their development and growth enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Effectively oversee the performance of all team members utilising our performance management metrics and if required implement disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Identify opportunities for personal development and that of the team ensuring any training needs are addressed.
  • Regularly collaborate with operations and all other departments and sites to cultivate strong working relationships.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Be a role model for the Monica Vinader Aims and Values at all times.
