  • Experience in (or preparedness for) outbound telephone sales – preferably B2B
  • Ability to learn and retain product information
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets including KPIs
  • Meet attendance requirements and work without constant supervision
  • Be well presented and reliable with honest work ethic
  • Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking and time management abilities
  • Experience NetSuite ERP program is an advantage
  • Be flexible with a can-do, positive attitude
  • Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail.
  • Effectively prioritise work and meet required deadlines.
  • Prior knowledge of industrial safety products is highly regarded

Responsibilities

Based from our new facilities in Minchinbury (Western Sydney). Available as either Full-time (5 days per week; 8.30am-5pm) or Part-time (minimum 3 Days per week), working as part of an energetic sales & marketing team, completing a range of outbound phone sales & lead generation activities including:

  • Generate and plan potential customer lists for phone follow up.
  • Follow up potential & existing customers through phone campaigns.
  • Come up with new and creative ways to develop new sales leads.
  • Proactively & reactively maintain the NetSuite database.
  • Keep NetSuite updated with all customer communications (phone calls & appointments)
  • Room for promotions, side roles & extra responsibilities, particularly sales related duties
