About the Company A fast-growing specialist property finance business is building a dedicated outbound sales function to support its national growth strategy. Brand new office space within a supportive envirnoment. We are looking for experienced outbound sales professionals to sit at the front of this engine. About the role This is a phone-first, outbound role focused on re-engaging existing brokers, activating dormant relationships, and introducing the business to new broker firms across the UK. The role exists to generate high-quality broker conversations and book meetings for Business Development Managers who own and convert broker relationships. This position is designed for early-career sales professionals—ideally from estate agency, recruitment, or similar high-activity sales environments—who are ambitious, resilient, and motivated to build a long-term career in specialist property finance. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 50 outbound broker calls per day Work systematically through existing broker lists, dormant brokers, and new target firms Introduce the business and qualify broker appetite for bridging and commercial mortgages Book qualified meetings for regional Business Development Managers Accurately capture broker intelligence and call notes on the CRM Reactivate historic broker relationships Conduct LinkedIn broker outreach Warm broker relationships ahead of scheduled BDM meetings Maintain high standards of professionalism and follow-up What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) Consistent daily outbound call activity Regularly achieving KPIs Strong-quality broker conversations A steady flow of well-qualified meetings booked for BDMs Positive feedback from BDMs on meeting quality and preparation Clean, accurate CRM records Growing broker awareness and engagement with the brand Would you like to kick start your career within Bridging Finance ?
