Our Customer Sales Department are responsible for speaking with our customers in depth to better understand how our products can assist them in their day-to-day lives.
Our Outbound Customer Sales Advisors are responsible for calling our existing customers to identify any current or future needs they may have, which requires an individual who can develop rapport quickly and is not afraid to pick up the phone.
This is a full-time permanent position, covering 40 hours over a Monday to Friday week between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm.
This role is based out of CareCo’s Braintree site.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ARE REQUIRED OF ME?

  • Previous experience within a sales-based environment, either over the phone or face-to-face.
  • Driven to succeed and capable of developing sales strategies to suit our demographic.
  • Excellent communication skills – this role requires someone who is compassionate, a good listener, and a problem solver.
  • Comfortable using CRM software to process customer orders.
Responsibilities
  • Driving revenue through effective outbound calling whilst maintaining company values and company standards.
  • Driving sales through failed web orders whist providing an overview of products and services
  • Maximising cross-sell and upsell opportunities on each call.
  • Meeting sales targets by achieving the set individual KPIs and objectives.
  • Building rapport with customers so that our brand becomes their go-to destination for mobility products.
