Description

Based in Sunderland we are looking for an Outbound Advisor to join our team on a full time permanent contract working 38.5 hours per week, the hours of work are Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 12:30pm. You will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4.
It will be your job to contact potential new customers for car, van, bike, motor trader, home or other general insurance. You will gain information from the customer and transfer the call to the relevant insurance partner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Previous sales experience and commercial awareness is advantageous.
  • Friendly, eager-to-please nature.
  • Natural ability to interact with others.
  • Tenacious attitude.
  • Confidence on the telephone.
  • Ability to use the computer quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable working with numbers.
