We are looking for a tenacious Outbound Sales Advisor to join our Customer Relations Centre

WE DO NOT COLD CALL, ALL LEADS WILL BE KNOWN TO THE BUSINESS

The purpose of the role is to better understand our customer needs and goals by regular engagement to ensure we are working together in maximising mutual business opportunities.
At RAJA UK the customer is always placed at the heart of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying further opportunities for growth within accounts
  • Calling lapsed customer for reactivation
  • Participate in sales campaigns and special offers to our customers by pro actively calling on a regular basis.
  • To work with the wider Customer Relations Centre and External Sales team to ensure all customers enjoy a pleasant and easy experience dealing with our company.
  • To demonstrate role model behaviour and unconditional teamwork.
