Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent (UK)
Location: Sheffield, UK (fully office-based)
Working hours: 11:30AM – 8:00PM, Mon – Fri
Salary: £26,250 + commission (up to £1,500/month)
Are you an experienced sales agent looking to work in a Sheffield City Centre based contact centre specialising in health, wellness and lifestyle brands and products?
We’re on the lookout for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Outbound Sales Agents to join our expanding UK sales team. If you’re passionate about connecting with people, have a natural flair for conversation, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — this one’s for you.
You’ll be working with warm leads across the UK market — customers who’ve previously purchased from us but haven’t been active in a while, customers with current subscriptions to our brands and abandoned carts. Your mission? Reignite their interest, build relationships, and drive sales by offering real value — no robotic scripts, just real conversations about our brands and products.

Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to existing UK-based customers who’ve previously engaged with our brand either online or via phone.
  • Building trust and rapport through authentic, value-driven conversations whilst delivering top quality service.
  • Understand customer needs through effective questioning, active listening and recommending the right products.
  • Own your pipeline — manage accounts, track activity, and spot opportunities to grow revenue amongst your customers.
  • Hit and exceed personal and team-based sales targets.
  • Feed insights and objections back to the wider sales team and management to refine our strategies.
  • Stay organized and accurate when using our CRM and systems.
  • Have a strong knowledge of all products and services we offer to customers across our brands.
