Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct product presentations and consultations to understand customer needs
  • Recommend HVAC systems and solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide ongoing support
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate new leads

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales experience preferred (any industry)
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based role
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-driven
  • Goal-oriented with strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
