Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect pain points and determine fit with our solutions. Outreach Strategy: Craft compelling, personalized outreach campaigns that stand out — from cold emails to creative LinkedIn messaging. Collaboration: Partner closely with account executives and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve lead quality, and optimize conversion rates. Pipeline Ownership: Manage and track all outbound activities within the CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups. Continuous Improvement: Experiment with new tools, scripts, and strategies to increase response and qualification rates. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine outreach efforts. Who You Are A self-starter who loves building relationships and thrives on measurable results. A strong communicator with the ability to connect, listen, and ask insightful questions. Qualifications & Experience 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in a B2B SaaS or SMB tech environment). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive) and outreach platforms. Understanding of the sales funnel, lead qualification frameworks (like BANT/CHAMP), and cold outreach best practices.
