Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a part-time Campaign Coordinator to drive outbound lead generation efforts using ZoomInfo and HubSpot. You’ll split your time between emailing and calling prospects to support our sales funnel and keep our CRM updated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and segment lead lists in ZoomInfo
  • Launch and manage outbound email campaigns via HubSpot
  • Make warm and cold outbound calls (scripts provided)
  • Track replies, flag warm leads, and set tasks for sales
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and organize contacts
  • Report weekly campaign results and insights
