Outbound Sales Executive (Hybrid. Derby / Nottingham. Please note our Head Office is moving from Derby to Annesley, Nottingham by the end of 2025)

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone, identifying their vehicle leasing and rental needs, and offering tailored solutions that add value to their business operations. You’ll play a key role in driving new business growth and strengthening the Pendragon brand.

YOUR JOURNEY AS AN OUTBOUND SALES EXECUTIVE:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business customers to promote PVM’s vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions
  • Build rapport quickly and identify customer requirements through effective questioning
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections confidently
  • Manage and maintain an accurate CRM system, ensuring all interactions and pipeline activity are logged
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website enquiries, and referrals
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process
  • Stay up to date on product offerings, pricing, and market trends within the vehicle leasing sector

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of vehicle leasing or automotive industry is a plus, but not essential
