The Opportunity We’re seeking an Outbound Sales Operations Analyst to format and structure sales lists and partner with stakeholders to bring outbound campaigns to life. This role suits someone data-savvy who can turn insights into actionable targeting and outreach plans, supporting both existing clients and new business growth. Key Responsibilities Format and structure sales lists for outbound campaignså Collaborate with AU stakeholders to refine lists and align with campaign goals Track contact points and outreach numbers, building targets around these metrics Analyse data to support targeting and outreach planning, adjusting lists as needed Support operational tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution Maintain clean, well-organised data and documentation Use multiple tech platforms and data sources to manage lists and outputs Work from the Clayton office on a hybrid schedule (onsite and remote as arranged) Must-Have Experience Strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets Experience using multiple tech platforms and tools for data handling Data-driven mindset with initiative to drive tasks to completion What You Bring Experience setting up outbound campaigns Ability to build targets around contact points and outreach numbers Background in operational support Skills & Capabilities Strong data filtering and manipulation abilities Go-getter attitude with ownership and initiative High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data quality Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders Culture Fit Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player Thrives in a fast-paced environment Consistently meets deadlines and delivers results
