We’re looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to help build our client base from the ground up and drive our mission forward.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2–5 years in a sales role (B2B preferred)
  • Experience in medical device, orthotics/prosthetics sales (a strong asset)
  • Comfortable using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with order management systems like Shopify (a bonus)
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, management, or related fields

SKILLS:

  • Fluent in English (Spanish and/or German an asset)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Organized, independent, and proactive in handling tasks
  • Skilled at relationship-building and managing multiple priorities
  • Problem-solver with a resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communicator and team player
Responsibilities

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’re more than a seller, you’re the first impression of Ethnocare. You’ll connect directly with healthcare professionals, ignite interest in our solutions, and drive adoption. Your mission goes beyond closing deals; it’s about forging strong relationships, truly understanding the needs of clinics and patients, and delivering meaningful value that makes a difference.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline, including mostly self-sourced leads and some inbound leads.
  • Make 30–40 calls per day to introduce Ethnocare’s solutions and uncover opportunities.
  • Educate clinicians on how our products improve patient outcomes and practice performance.
  • Qualify leads by understanding business goals and identifying alignment with our solutions.
  • Guide prospects through the full sales cycle—from first call to close.
  • Consistently maintain your CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to track deal progress.
  • Hit or exceed monthly sales targets (15 new conversions/month once ramped).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, C-Suite) to share insights and shape future offerings.
