Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be on the front line of our sales process. Working from qualified leads, you’ll make outbound calls to homeowners across the U.S., introduce them to our telecommunications services, and prequalify their interest. Once a potential customer is engaged, you’ll transfer them to a Senior Sales Consultant who will complete the final needs analysis and close the sale.
This role provides a solid foundation in sales engagement, with a clear path to grow into a Senior Sales Consultant position—where commission and advanced responsibilities await top performers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

· Outbound Calling: Reach out to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
· Prequalification & Transfer: Identify potential customers’ needs and warm-transfer calls to Senior Sales Consultants.
· Communication: Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our telecommunications services.
· Performance Targets: Meet daily/weekly call volume and successful transfer metrics.
· Customer Experience: Provide a positive, professional, and empathetic interaction.
· Data Management: Update customer information and call outcomes in our internal systems.
· Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training to enhance your product knowledge and call-handling skills.
