Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting our innovative washroom dispensers, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing our product range and identifying their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Provide market insights and feedback on customer preferences and industry trends to support product development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the washroom products industry is a plus but not required.
