OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE (PART-TIME, 30 HOURS PER WEEK)

Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour + optional overtime during peak season
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Location: Unit 1G, Langlands Commercial PArk
Bonus: Performance bonuses available (to be discussed at interview stage)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by making outbound calls to prospective customers, following up with tailored emails, and building strong initial relationships that convert into sales.
This role suits someone with proven phone-based experience who is target-driven, professional, and enjoys engaging with new customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers daily. Minimum 60 calls and follow ups.
  • Introduce our products/services and explain the benefits.
  • Qualify prospects, gather key information, and log all interactions accurately.
  • Send personalised follow-up emails to support calls and move prospects further down the sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed call, lead, and conversion targets.
  • Work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximise opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards at all times.
