Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – Remote Mon–Thu | In-Office Fri) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid | Overview Noble Hearts HR Consulting, on behalf of our client, is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to support sales growth through proactive lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys high-volume outreach, building customer relationships, and setting qualified sales appointments. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers Conduct outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities Make 300–450 outbound calls per week to potential clients Generate 1–2 qualified sales appointments per week Follow up with inbound leads and nurture prospective clients Manage and track leads in Salesforce CRM Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and qualify opportunities for the sales team Conduct territory prospecting and outside scouting weekly to generate 30–40 new leads per month Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics Qualifications Strong telephone sales and communication skills Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred Experience working on Mac systems is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with Google Workspace applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced sales environment Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting performance targets Fluent in English (spoken and written) Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a metrics-driven sales environment, is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and enjoys identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
