If so, you’ve come to the right place - we’re currently looking for you to join us as an Outbound Sales Representative/Obchodní specialista (Inside Sales)! What you will be doing: Contacting to customers - new, existing, and those who haven’t been in touch with us for a while. Building positive relationships and earning customers’ trust. Listening to customers’ needs and offering suitable solutions. Providing clear and friendly information about our products and services. Responding quickly to customer inquiries and leaving a positive impression. Maintaining and developing the customer database using available tools. Documenting customer interactions in a simple and well-organized way. Achieve the assigned sales targets — we focus on concrete results, but without pressure or aggressive sales. You will talk to installers who are familiar with our brand and have often already worked with us. Qualifications What we’re looking for: You have some initial experience in sales (including insurance or banking services) or in customer service - great! You enjoy working with people and can build relationships over the phone. You’re eager to grow in sales and develop new skills. You can work with CRM systems or are ready to learn them quickly.
